police say the man who shot and killed three police officers in baton rouge -- does not have p- t-s-d. medical records for former marine- gavin never saw combat... despite telling doctors he suffered from post traumatic stress disorder because a buddy showed him videos of maimed and decapitated bodies. in november 2011--- doctors diagnosed him as suffering from an "adjustment disorder with depressed mood," but not ptsd. long shot and killed three officers and injured three more in an ambush on july 17th. nearly four years after the shooting rampage at sandy hook elementary-- the new school is

billion liters of water back to communities and nature. that's about 115- percent of the amount of water it uses to make its products. the company had announced the goal of replenishing all the water it used in drinks by 2020. drone regulations are now in place across the country. monday was the first day people could take a commericial drone pilot exam-- under the new federal rules. more than 33- hundred people signed up to take the exam. under the new rules-- drones may not fly hier night. the drones must be under 55 pounds... and must remain in the visual sight of a human operator. the f-a-a regulations say operators will no longer need to get a pilot's license.. " over the next ten years, commercial, unmanned aircraft systems could generate more than $82 billion for the u.s. economy, and by 2025, could be supporting as many as 100,000 new jobs.

tropical depression.... the storm is expected to turn toward the northeastern gulf coast later over the next 48 hours. fox's kelly wright, tells us how people are preparing. take pkg pearson says: "we're in the heat of the hurricane season." many in the southeast are bracing for tropical depression nine... which could bring strong winds and heavy rain. mos says: "just getting our boards together for windows, screws, tools and stuff we're going to need." the storm is now in the gulf of mexico... west of the florida keys... and is expected to make landfall on
